Merry Maids does a first-rate job cleaning my house, and if I ever have concerns, they're resolved quickly. One thing I especially appreciate is how well they've accommodate changes to my schedule or preference of cleaning people. There have been times when I've made special requests (eg; types of cleaning products used, spot cleaning my floors rather than mopping) and Merry Maids has always been happy to satisfy those requests. At my last cleaning, I had been sick for a couple weeks, and left a bottle of alcohol out. I asked Valerie if she'd mind wiping all doorknobs, and handles with it to extra sanitized. She not only did what I asked, she also wiped down all light switches, something I didn't think to ask her to do.

Overall I'm perfectly satisfied with the service, and response from everyone at my local Auburn Merry Maids office.

The two young women that cleaned the condominium clubhouse did an excellent job. They did more cleaning than I asked them to do when showing them the clubhouse. They were courteous and easygoing. Chelsea was very competent.

All the ladies that clean our home do a great job. We have so much "stuff" in our house and I know it makes it very difficult to clean thoroughly. But the ladies come in and do the best they can. I don't remember all their names, but especially the last two cleanings were especially good. The last time the ladies were here they went out of their way to do extra cleaning. They did a great job on the mini blinds and woodwork in the master bath. They used a new product that can be used on multiple surfaces and smells good, too. It always smells nice after they have been here. Thank you so much for all they do!
