What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I like how well I am communicated with, from the in home worker to the office staff. Any concerns that I have and communicate them to the worker as well as the office staff are handled in a professional/timely manner and it keeps me satisfied. Since I am a satisfied customer I will continue my service with Merry Maids and have already referred you to others. When I walk in my home after it has been cleaned, I can relax because it's done and it meets or exceeds my expectation. So far, so good. I am also satisfied with the products being used to clean my home. I have been a customer since December 5, 2011.

Our house always smells so clean and fresh when we return home after it has been cleaned. I Name removed't know what is used to make it smell that way, but I like it.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Amber is usually the lead of the crew that comes to my house, the other day she was even by herself and she does a wonderful. I like her. She has a very pleasant personality and she can work and talk at the same time. She's on time and gets right to work. Your cleaning products seem to be doing a good job. I am sensitive to odors and the lemon is the one they use here. I like it. So far your cleaner is not leaving any white streaks on my oak cabinets. That is good.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

The 2 gals you sent were terrific at cleaning our house and did an excellent job. My only complaint is your policy of collecting extra monies. I had paid for 2 hours and decide I needed 2 more hours. I was upstairs cleaning out a room and one of the gals came up and DEMANDED the extra monies for that 2 hours immediately, NOW, not waiting until I had finished what I was doing or until I went downstairs (where my purse was). I think that policy sucks. They knew I wasn't going anywhere. Your people need to be a little more flexible and/or the management needs to be.

Britt does a beautiful job cleaning our home! We are very grateful for her, not only because she makes our home sparkle, but also because she is pleasant and cheerful. I started using Merry Maids when my parents needed daily care. Now they are gone, and at one time I considered ending the service. That's when we met Maria, who we loved, and then Britt. I'm not willing to lose either one! Thank you.

I have recommended Merry Maids to friends, but they needed a more affordable service.
