I wish the scheduling system worked differently. The cleaning service I used in Florida gives the customer a time frame when the date is scheduled (for example, the team will arrive between 9 & 9:30 am on x day). That's preferable to being notified the morning of the service. Other than that, Merry Maids is top notch.

I like not having to spend my time cleaning my house! They leave a nice cinnamon smell through out the house which I enjoy. I call them "my cleaning fairies"!

You are dependable and do a very good job with the cleaning and adjusting if needed, depending who's in the house and any requested changes. The schedule of deep cleaning works well for us. The cleaners are very nice.

Sandy and Jeanie used miracle cleanser and my bathroom looks brand new again. There were some older floor stains and bathroom tiles that never seemed to look clean. When they finished Im now ready to list my with house with confidence.

I'm happy with the 2 individuals who always clean my home. There are VERY compelling reasons why I insist on the same team. As a long term customer, I do expect you to be aware that I won't allow any other teams in my home. I was extremely upset when a different team was sent a couple months ago. I would hope that in the future, my cleaning would be cancelled if my team was unable to come.. I would never be upset if cancellation occurred for this reason even if it occurs last minute.

They are dependable, efficient and friendly. I would like to know the name of the product they have in a bottle named 'scum" It is the only thing I know of that will remove green copper stain in sinks. Please let me know so I can buy some.
