Things I don't like:
constant changes in the team members
constant changes in start times
They seem to be in a hurry and spend only around 1 hour or so.
I don't like your agenda of only giving some areas a more concentrated each time.
That helps you not me. This was not mentioned when I signed up.
The areas to be cleaned are not that large - upstairs 1 bedroom with shower, 1/2 bath, hall way
steps,
downstairs - kitchen, dinning room 1/2 bath family room and hallways

We don’t have to worry about anything in terms of cleaning our home. Merry Maids deals with all of needs to include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen and all other spaces.
I have been using your service for several years and have been satisfied. The ladies are reliable and respectful of my home. I can count on a clean home when they are done. I like the flexibility of being able to change dates (in advance) when necessary. I provide most of the cleaning products.

This was my first experience with Merry Maids. I had my knee replaced and chose Merry Maids because of their wonderful reputation....and I was not disappointed. Two sweet ladies (sisters) came in and left my house sparkling.....and smelling so fresh! I almost cried because that is not something that I am able to do right now....but made me feel so much better! Thank you! I look forward to them returning!!!!!
