The people who provide services are very friendly and professional and they are very thorough.

Professionalism; auto-billing; rescheduling around holidays (early warning); flexibility when home is not open for cleaning (i.e. remodeling). Integrity of maids (nothing missing; if something got broken or damaged, they notify on the spot). Use/provide own cleaning equipment & supplies. Some of them (like Angelica) also sing while they work (a positive, pleasant working attitude is a good thing!)

From what I saw they did s good job. There were a few minor things but I feel my daughter should have followed through, but her mind was on her pregnancy.

I love the quality of work Merry Maids has provided for our company house. Not only have they've done a great job at the house but, the customer service is outstanding! Anytime I have a question or need to make adjustments on the schedule Sylvia is more than happy to help us out.

Last year we had a different company cleaning our San Jose house, the quality of work was not up to par, so we decided to hired Merry Maids in their place, we realized the difference in quality! We will never use anyone else but Merry Maids. Pricing is Fair and Quality is first class!

I'm very happy with the lady's that clean my home. They are through and do such a great job I don't need to explain anything especially with Angelica in charge, she's is the best. My house stays clean and smells so fresh for days and days. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone. Sorry if I spelled Angelica's name wrong.

My other scheduled cleaners cancelled, and now I'm glad they did. Merry Maids stepped in and got it done on short notice. Move-out cleaning service was prompt and thorough at a very reasonable price.
