When we had concerns about spaces not being cleaned and standard unclear for the Merry Maids staff, Katie made time to come out and meet me in person to go over everything. We happened to be behind on invoices and they were reasonable and kind while we caught up. I am very happy with both the cleaning services and the customer service provided by Merry Maids of Flagstaff!

The girls were on time and very pleasant. The products they used got my home very clean and fresh smelling. As I have severe COPD I'm sensitive to chemicals and nothing they used bothered me at all. I look forward to their next visit.

The owner and all the office staff are fantastic. They answer the phone, emails and do everything they can to accommodate our ever-changing cleaning calendar. Keele is always a delight. The crews are on time, fast, and efficient. They do cater to our often unpredictable environment as vacation rental owners.
I was very surprised to see that the cleaners even wiped out my medicine cabinet. LOL The products were fine and the house smelled clean and fresh. My only complaint was that they didn't clean out the refrigerator....whether because they forgot or whether it isn't something that is part of the cleaning process.
