I like that they cleaned my entire house (even cleaning hard-to-clean areas that I did not request like my oven). However, I wish that they had cleaned my kitchen floor since the entire kitchen was cleaned anyway, and the window/shutters in my bedroom. I wish that they had used greener cleaners as the chemical smell remained for two days. Otherwise, my house is much fresher and cleaner.

They did a nice job, except for the fact that I am missing the motor housing to my black and decker hand vacuum that was charging in the kitchen. I have called 3 times, and have yet to get a response.
Workers are fast. They take feedback well in general. I have high standards for cleaning since I rent apartments. These folks were good!

Very efficient, quiet couple. Cleaned up a storm and left my house feeling clean & smelling nice. Vacuumed blinds, baseboards, furniture. Did not leave any water pooling on my hardwood floors which other services have done. Used a step stool to reach high shelves, picture frames & mirrors. Very reasonable price. I’m happy!
The Merry Maids are quick, efficient and trustworthy. They clean my stove and my microwave until they sparkle. Their vacuum picks up a lot more dirt than mine does. My house smells great when they leave. I would highly recommend them.
