How professional and how good of a job they did

I have been a customer for 15 years,and love my cleaners, Bella and Fina. They pay attention to detail and never leave without asking me if I am satisfied. They are very personable and arrive in a timely manner also.

The ladies were super nice and friendly. They came in and I showed her the house. They got right to cleaning. Nice job!

The team is always timely end very polite. We rarely have a any issues, but they are always addressed. If something gets broken, it is replaced. They use their own cleaning supplies and will return if something needs to be redone. We definitely recommend them!

Sammy, our team leader is the BEST. She has been with us for most of the last 15 years that we've been having Merry Maids clean our home and she always does a GREAT job. She is also a good trainer who knows the business inside and out and as she often brings a new lady in training with her to show her how to maximize the effectiveness of cleaning with minimum disruption to the clients. Friendly, trustworthy, and helpful staff. I love how my house smells of cinnamon when they are done. I really appreciate how they change my bed linens, my back not being up to the task anymore. I liked the little “Smile” card Coty left on my invoice this time. Any little bit of positivity is greatly appreciated during this time.

I like coming home to a clean and tidy home that doesn't have strong chemical cleaning smells. And the clean mirrors are my favorite treat.
