Merry Maids arrive on time at 9 AM, bring their own equipment and products and efficiently proceed to clean the house. I love it!

Polite and hard workers

Our Sabrina and Reid work hard, are thorough and fast. The products are good except the bathroom cleaner is not good enough on the fake marble wash basins and shower in our master bathroom.
There is still faint soap scum and it does not get all the crud around the base of the faucets.
You should let them have Swiffers, those old mops are archaic!

First time, showed up on time the date I had scheduled, also the house looked really good I noticed it even smelled clean. Only thing I noticed things still under the chairs that was never moved So not sure if it was really cleaned in the kitchen and living room. But overall I was very satisfied will definitely be looking forward to the next time in two weeks.

Maids did a great job going above and beyond in my home! However, the lack of communication from the office about scheduling, has to improve. I'm scheduled for service again tomorrow with no idea for the time frame.

Prompt arrival and efficient attention to cleaning as is required. Bringing all cleaning supplies on arrival along with vacuum and rags is a benefit to me as I do not have to be concerned with suppling cleaning needs.
