When we first signed up 15 some years ago, we had the same gals every week and they were arriving at around the same time. I would love it if that could be possible again. Having different people each week and a different time requires me to either be home or leave a note. I prefer consistency. However, I appreciate the services and the products.
The associates listen to what I would like done and get it completed in a timely manner. They are friendly and work well with each other in all the teams that have been here. Saves me lots of time and I can be confident that my visitors will walk into a clean home.

I was very happy with the last cleaning received on 9/6. There have been multiple spots in the home that I was hoping would get cleaned and hadn’t yet. They not only got those few trouble spots but just did an excellent job throughout!!!

The cleaning teams have always been very friendly and thorough. Any minor concerns I've raised have always been taken care of. Jennifer is the best and is great with my dog too (the dog thinks Jennifer comes every 2 weeks just to see her)!
