What can I say? They're great.

I've known your Maids now for a long time, and they are all to be highly recommended, they are not only very reliable and are here when you tell me when they arrive, but they are also and above all else, do an amazing job to get my 1952 house look like new. They do not miss anything to make it look so very update and beautiful. And additionally, they are all very polite, extremely accommodating, and very helpful in doing also, if I ask something special of them, i. e., something not easy to make it look like new.

So in summary, you have a great group of 'Merry Maids', who are no doubt appreciated by all your clients for doing such great work, so that you can keep enjoying what they all do for you!

They were great!!

We have had Merry Maids for over 20 years and we are happy about the service through the years but in recent times, the service has become inconsistent and cleaning is not as usual albeit just looking superficially clean, considering now that we have to pay so much more. There can’t only be 1 person to clean the house because it will take so many hours of work to finish and although 1 person can do it, the cleaning is not as good.
There were so many places like under the rugs in the kitchen which were never removed to moist mop the floor like they used to do every time they cleaned the kitchen and corners that were not cleaned as you can see particles of dust as the vacuum seem to just went superficially and just around the furnitures.
I hope the cleaning gets better next time.

The cleaning team was on-time, friendly and most of all, did a fabulous job! Appreciated the support from office staff with the appointment set-up, on-site visit and post cleaning follow-up.

You can depend upon Merry Maids to showup at times and dates to which they agreed. The cleaning products used are safe and do not have overpowering aromas. When they begin using a new product they always ask permission.

We had new floors installed and our home was extremely dusty. Merry Maids came in and our home was spotless after they cleaned. They left a note that something was broken when cleaning and replaced it ! Very surprising to have them do this. I was so appreciative that they cared. I highly recommend this service to anyone!

Those who clean my home are professional and efficient. I have no idea what products they use but expect that they know how to clean most effectively. Having this service means that my home is always reasonably neat and clean.

The bottom line: the house is clean. And, the service exceeds expectations.
