Nothing much to say except I have had excellent work from whoever came to my home to clean. Christina , generally comes and she knows exactly what I need done.
Aubrey and Christina worked very hard here this Monday for our first deep cleaning. For the most part they did an excellent job. However, their vacuum did not pick up well the dog hair off the rugs. Also under the cabinet "toe kicks" did not get cleaned well either. They need a much better vacuum cleaner. Thank you very much.

The first cleaning crew came by did a decent job but they came by after I voiced some concerns about things that they had missed they sent another cleaning crew came back to make it right and that's what we liked about their service

The team is reliable and prompt. The service is organized, thorough, and consistent regardless of who is assigned the task. The cleaning products do a good job and the cinnamon room spray is my very favorite. I have recommended Merry Maids to many people and provided positive feedback to those who inquiry about my cleaning crew. In the many years I have used Merry Maids nothing has come up missing and the one time something was broken, the company replaced it.
Their attentiveness to detail, their effort to listen to the customer to understand are their areas to which they may need to add to their list - the offering of help - not necessarily related to the typical work, but their attitude always makes it comfortable to have them in the home.
