Merry Maids is a GREAT company! The cleaning crews are respectful and nice to talk with. The office is easy to work with, including changes in schedule. I have used Merry Maids for about 20 years and it has been a great experience.

The lovely staff you send are the most important. They are hard workers and efficient but always very personable and courteous. We were reassured that they wore masks and gloves when they came last week, and were always a good distance away from us. We appreciated very much the letters you sent during the closure informing us about all the hygienic measures you take both with cleaning our house and the implements you use here (using cleaning cloths in only our house, for example.)

Last week Shelby and Caitlin did a wonderful job cleaning my brother Thomas Jacobs' apartment. He is mentally ill and has very poor hygiene habits and so it was a big job getting the fridge, kitchen and bathroom clean so Thomas could return home after the Sage Court renovation. I was very thankful for the quality of work, their attitudes and professionalism.

The ladies that come in have been very good at working around my husband who is home full time now on oxygen. I greatly appreciate that.

The only issue I noticed a few times is that it doesn't look like the chairs at the dining room table always get moved when they vacuum. But they do a great job dusting and I hate dusting!

They were very quick and efficient in my home. Everything bf was up to my standards and I can’t wait to have them back biweekly.
