I generally think you are great. And I have recommended you to several people, but they all have thought you are too expensive.

The one shortcoming that you have is that you don't have the capability to remove heavier items from my shelves, i.e. books and a toaster oven.

I literally have to hire someone to come in before you to do that. I no longer can lift items over 5 pounds or so because of a back injury.

I like having the same cleaning person every time so that I can build a nice relationship.

My Merry Maid, Katie, is prompt, cheerful, helpful and thorough with her cleaning work. Your cleaning products put a shine on surfaces, and I'm very happy with them.

They are very responsible and do a great job. I only have them every two weeks and my house is pretty dirty and they always make it kook so clean.

When I have the same lady come to clean. She learns my house in no time and knows what I like. She likes our dogs cause she also has dogs. They follow here around and it never slows her down. She talks to them and pets them. The dogs really like Kayla. I definitely think she loves her job. I don’t know what products she uses but it just looks really good when she is done cleaning. I was really fearful of getting a new cleaner when Sam left but now I can’t believe, Kayla is even better.

Nothing is perfect in this world of 2022. But, Merry Maids has convinced my family that there are still tried and true companies you can rely upon. My parents are in a really bad situation. They cannot take care of their home anymore. But they remain in their home to provide a place for two other generations. The help cleaning their home is all they have. Now they have a great grandchild that visits. A clean home is everything.
