They smell alright and seem to be lacking in harsh chemicals

The cleaners were so professional and thorough!

These ladies cleaned my den so, so good as there is a lot of dusting. Products seemed to work so don't really have any complaints. These ladies were so very kind to my husband. Think he needed sommeone else to talk to. ha. They never missed a beat in their work as they talked to him.

The friendliness of the cleaning crew; products leave the house smell clean and fresh. The only cleaning service I trust and feel comfortable not being at home while they do the cleaning.

They are efficient and thorough. The products you use seem to be fine. They pick up all the cat toys put them in his box. Which makes Rowdy happy because he then gets to throw them all out again. The girls have neat personalities and I enjoy them when I get to see them.

Amy does a great job cleaning and it's wonderful to walk in to a clean house. I will have to say that the cleaning products you all use smell a little like vinegar, which is not very pleasant. Positive note is that the smell doesn't stay around long. I would rather have a citrus smell or even nothing at all

I like that you use non-toxic products and the girls, Tamara and Essence, were awesome. Very hard-working and sweet and willing to do whatever I requested. They did a great job. I've already recommended Merry Maids to several friends and relatives. I know this is hard work (I worked for Merry Maids in Norman back in 1980) and I hope the pay is better in 2011.

The ladies are quite nice. I am pleased with the end product.
