Mostly, I find your service better than Molly Maids. I like that I am getting a phone call at least the day before scheduled cleaning. So far your crew is more thorough than Molly Maids had become (they began well, but slowly declined in my satisfaction). The product is nice smelling and to me, that matters. I would say be careful about cinnamon scent though. Some (not me) are allergic to the spice. I found I liked it on my bed but had I been allergic, could have been dangerous. The ONLY hint of dissatisfaction is missing some areas needing dusting, especially living room table tops and items on top of them.

The maids get right to work, no dallying around. I am not familiar with the products used, they seem to be OK. I would like the white porcelain kitchen sinks to be cleaned with bleach and water, does a better job, smells better too.

I love the convenience of your services, the amazing staff and the products used. When I returned home from work after the Maids had left it was spotless and there were no toxic fumes from harsh chemicals. This is very important to us since we have small children and pets.
