I love the service that I receive through Merry Maids. They are prompt, professional and trustworthy. On top of all of that, they love my very old cat who has learned to enjoy there visits. She follows them around as they clean and do a wonderful job making my house sparkle.

Your crew did a great job on the areas they cleaned. However, there were a few fairly obvious spaces skipped (not cleaned at all) in some of the rooms. I think your service is great but a 2-person crew isn't sufficient for a big job like my house.

I've only had the cleaners come once since I just started the service this week but I love the customer service the most so far. I had some issues with the cleaners, which I have already talked to the rep who was really nice and understanding. So far, I am extremely happy with Merry Maids and would recommend them at this point.

The ladies are super nice when I do see them. The house always look great. Sometimes there are places that have been missed, but it is not a constant thing.

We seem to have the same team working in our house as much as possible so things are done in a consistent fashion.

Cleaning is very consistent. I love that they even clean the animal dishes and fill the water bowel for them.

The promptness in showing up at the scheduled time and the efficiency with which the house is cleaned. Love the fresh clean smell of the house after it is cleaned without any "perfumy" smell.

Carlos and his crew went above and beyond in their efforts. When they arrived at the house to find the water had been shut off, they worked to get it back on so they could complete the job. The entire staff was informed and kept me aware of the situation, given that I was 2500 miles away.
