My only complaint is that I prefer to have the same gals clean my house - however of late it's akways someone new. I understand team member have vacation. - but I really prefer consistency.

MM supplies everything but if i want to use a favorite brand product (furniture polish) that can be done. Since there are 2 maids (unlike so many others) they are in and out quickly 2-3 hours instead of all day. Depending on # of rooms, of course.

As always, Vanessa did an excellent job. This time, as has happened once or twice before, she had to come alone and bear the whole burden herself, although her helper arrived much later. She works extremely hard, does an excellent job, and is a real pleasure to deal with. We appreciate her very much.
I like the professionalism of the women who care for my home. In particular, I appreciate Flora and Diana's team work. They get all the spider webs and the house looks and feels great. I like the freshness of the house after it's been cleaned. Flora and Diana are dependable and joyous . I trust them in my home.
Consistently reliable, excellent and professional cleaning usually by the same team the same day of the week, and no worries if a member or members of the team are not available that day. They always manage to fill in the spot with someone else. They are licensed, bonded and insured. I feel safe to have them in my house when I am not there. In fact they move so fast it is best to be away from home when they are there. The office staff are great - responsive, helpful and always willing to help if I need the team to do anything special or if I have any concerns.I have been a customer for at least 10 years and have never considered another service. Thank you Merry Maids for making my life easier!

I believe Merry Maids is very professional. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating as well, from administration to the cleaners. I especially like Vanessa and Rosa, who are always smiling and believe they work well as a team.. My home always smells nice and is clean, No complaints.
