I like the fact that the initial couple of cleanings are looked over by a supervisor to make sure the job is the done to my liking. I also appreciate the fact that I am scheduled the same person, who I am extremely please with, to do all my cleanings. I have granite floors and they have never looked so good in the 18 years I've lived here. She uses the special stream cleaner Merry Maids provide. I'M HAPPY!

Merry Maids cleans into the corners and behind furniture as no other service does. If they miss something, they return promptly and correct it. Charman is extremely focused on details to clean our condo. She has a very pleasant personality and exerts much effort and pride with her cleaning. Jan has cooperated fully with scheduling and follow up cleanings. This team approach works very well for our needs.

Prompt, show when expected(scheduled). Cleanings are very good to very, very good with one exception and that was only one small area of my condo.
