Work is very good and very consistent with on-time arrival. I've been using Merry Maids for over 3 years now and have never had a complaint.

I thought the team that worked on this project did an excellent job and when I needed help finding a carpet cleaner they were able to offer names and phone numbers. The house needed quite a bit of cleaning and I was amazed at how much they were able to get done in the hours allocated. I had used your service once before and the job was okay but these ladies did exceptional work.

Mostly I like the service provided, I don' t pay much attention to products used. The results are always good. I like that the same lead lady, (Bonnie), gives quality control to the operation and knows how to accomplish the work with the least disruption to my household routine. She also is able to direct what needs to be done as needs vary and notices problems and changes to routine which need to be made.

I also appreciate Sarah's willingness to work with changes to schedules or unexpected needs when I make such requests.

I think all these ladies are wonderful. i like everything about this service!!
