Hard working, polite, diligent

Without exception, all of the ladies who have come to clean our house have been pleasant, courteous and always willing to adjust to simple requests beyond the usual plan. They usually use different rags for different tasks to prevent cross-contamination of surface cleaning and place used rags into a separate container. My husband usually walks around in his socks. With a different cleaning service which insisted on certain "natural" cleaners and water were the best, his socks were usually dirty after cleaning, including my own "Swiffter." Days after the Merry Maids leave, his socks remain clean. Between maid visits I still take a mop to the sections of floor where we usually walk to keep the floors cleaner; where there's little action, the floors remain very clean. The scent of their cleaners leave everything with a freshly clean and pleasant smell.

I was pleased with the 2 ladies who came to clean. They were very nice and worked hard. The only thing I wish I had done differently -- they started in the master bath and bedroom, spent about an hour there, and because I limited them in time, there was not a lot of time left for the great room, kitchen, and guest bath. Those areas that people see when they visit did not get as much attention as they needed, i.e., tub, tile floors, kitchen cabinets. This house had really been neglected due to my age and physical issues, so there was much to be done in the time allotted. I do not fault them -- they worked hard. We are on a fixed income, but if we can afford a "next time," I will be more forthcoming, letting them know the areas that are most important to me. I will definitely use this service if we are able to schedule another cleaning.

We are very satisfied with Merry Maids! Sandra is great! Question? It seems that the four times that we have had service, we have seen 5 different helpers for Sandra. And those helpers were all in training. We are glad that training is part of the program to ensure quality service and to gain confidence in their work, but we are wondering if the quality suffers with all the turnover.

Quick professional cleaning service

We liked that you use all green products. However, the smell was a bit strong and bothered my spouses asthma. Not sure if you are able to dilute it at all....we opened windows for a while which helped. I liked how spotless everything was....they did an amazing job!
