Very pleased with the service, the people who come are friendly and are all business. I don't know what the products are, but absolutely love the way our floors look after they clean them. They are also very trustworthy, which is a comfort when we're not home. The cons, which are hardly worth mentioning, are an occasional missed area of dusting or dust webs from the corners of a room. Overall, very happy and have already been recommending them to my friends.

I like walking into my house and just smelling and feeling "the clean." I use special products for the granite, toilets, sinks and tub and leave those products out for their use.
They got out all the water spots that i have had a hard time to get out. My bathrooms sparkled!

My home was in bad shape but the Merry Maids came in and relieved me of housework I can no longer do - I was SUPER happy when I got home and the house was clean, the bathrooms were sparkling and my blinds were dusted, cleaned and looked new again. Crews come in and get right to work doing their job. Know how to split areas and proceed in most expeditious way to complete cleaning tasks; however, closer attention to things such as dust webs and cobwebs above eye level, could change rating to a '10'.
