Merry Maids did an excellent job. Everything looked clean and tidy. I have already recommended Merry Maids to a friend.

Fast and efficient. Very few problem which are no big deal. Grates on stove were not properly replaced. Micro wave turntable was not engaged. Small throw rug was still on bed. No beg deal its just that the girls do such a good job that these things stand out.

Excellent communication when the service will be provided. Ladies were prompt and did a really good job. My only concern was my kitchen floor - it wasn't as clean as I had hoped it would be - but I was aware that it might take a few times before it was the way I would like it.

Dependable. I can depend on Merry Maids to show up on time and on the day scheduled. I can also depend on follow-up. If there is something that needs to be changed, I have a direct phone number / email to a supervisor. The supervisors and the cleaners are very responsive. They make every attempt to do the job as I have requested.

You are reliable and have been helpful about accommodating my schedule. When a problem arises, you try hard to fix it.
