I chose Merry Maids because I liked their professionalism and I liked the way they treat their staff as professionals. Really, that was the deciding factor -- certainly not cost.

What I like about my cleaning crew is that they are extremely reliable. I like the app that shows when they are arriving.

As far as cleaning, they do a very good job with the kitchen, wiping down appliances, especially the stove. The floors always gleam. The bathrooms, especially the counters and floors, sparkle.

I am so used to the "aroma" of scented cleaning agents that at first I was a little rattled by the absence of smells. They do some pretty hefty cleaning without the scented cleaning agents. The only major complaint I do have about the cleaning agents is that they don't seem to work on hard water or whatever it is that causes discoloration in the toilet bowl. I had to shop around and find a cleaning agent that did address the problem.

Overall, the quality of my life has improved. They only come twice a week, but having them allows me the opportunity to take care of other issues in the house. They do the heavy lifting. I maintain. The team is friendly and extremely efficient. They accomplish a lot in a short amount of time.

Very professional work

I have been a customer of Merry Maids for about 5 months and I am very satisfied with the work that the girls have done for me. I had asked for organic products to be used and I believe that they have complied with that request. My only request is that when things are moved for dusting that they return them to the same position that they we in. If the girls have not been to my house before, I explain certain places for special care. My husband gets cranky when things are not in the same position as he left them. Otherwise, great job!!!!
