I am happy with everything your staff does except for my wood floors. The kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Dusting and vacuuming were great especially with all the items we have on flat surfaces and picture frames. The staff was happy and pleasant for the whole 3-4 hours they spent in our home. The floor issue may have to do with the amount and direction of the sun light coming in through our large windows because I know that they took a mop to the floor at least three times. Still there was a film on the surface and foot prints were visible which appeared after they left. Please do not get me wrong, I will still happily have them back.
I don't know about the products but the service was fantastic.

The ease at which you come in & go out without needing the homeowner’s involvement. The fact that every surface is cleaned in every room! And then having the same crew return the next time.
