I hadn't used a maid service in, oh, ever. A team of three from Waltham arrived. They were tasked with cleaning my bathroom--especially the tub and shower. I had to do an errand and left them here alone for thirty minutes. When I came back it was truly a new bathroom. The shower /tub was like factory-glazed.

Services were great and we were very pleased with the results.
The cleaning team almost always arrives promptly at the time I've been informed of the day before, and works quickly and efficiently. Sometimes I think they work a bit too quickly; I worry about them knocking things off tables, etc. There has been occasional breakage (sometimes of irreplaceable objects), but not lately, I'm glad to say. I wish that they were able to get into the "nooks and crannies" a bit better, and also clean under the furniture (my two sofas), but on the whole they do a very good job, especially given the amount of "clutter" that I have in my house.
