the flexibility Giselle (our home cleaner) has had in regards to us (myself and my 3yr old daughter)with being home when she is working, the specifics I have had for her about how to clean my home and use of products, her polite and friendly disposition, her puntuality, and each cleaning seems to be better :)

The house is always fresh and inviting after the cleaning, I would guess that it has something to do with the cleaning agents which are used. Certainly the good humor and energy of application is responsible. I look forward to the pleasant and efficient "Merry Maids" who have been cleaning my place.

I like that "spring" or "fall" cleaning aren't necessary because "deep cleaning" is rotated among rooms.
Gisela and the office are very responsive to my specific requests.

I appreciate that the people who come to service me are cheerful, on time and thorough. I don't know what products they use but I hope they are green.

The cleaners were VERY thorough and were kind enough to empty my kitty's water dish rather than just leaving it with dusty water after they cleaned.
Also, the sales person and manager (or whatever) were very pleasant and accommodating.
I'm even more pleased than I thought I would be.
