We like having the same two Merry Maids each week, and we appreciate their expertise. They are also very dependable, and they are flexible when necessary. The fact that they are friendly and enthusiastic about their work is an extra added bonus. They use good equipment (especially that vacuum cleaner) and products; however, they are happy to use one particular product I prefer, and I have it in my home. They also remember exactly how I like things cleaned and arranged - and they do it well.
