I love that I don't have to clean toilets and showers! They are my nemesis and I greatly appreciate the attention to detail in those rooms. I would prefer a less strong cleanser smell, but a day with the windows open usually takes care of it.
The attention to detail could be a bit better. Recently in the master shower I removed the bottles of shampoo, etc., so the pink soap scum was visible. When I checked later, the soap scum was still there. Either they forgot it completely or just gave it a cursory wipe. First name removed C

I love coming home to my clean house! The little touches add so much - having the toliet paper folded over, the towels hung nicely, and pillows fluffed. The maids did a great job on vacuming last time - I could see the tracks from the vacuum on the floor!

I love the cinnamon smelling stuff they use in the bathrooms. Most importantly I love the girls that come, they are nice yet professional and give lots of attention to detail.
The friendliness of the workers, the care taken with our things, how sparkling everything looks afterward! Also, we appreciate the office staff being willing to work with us when we go on vacation, etc.
Dependability and the nice job Dana and Rosa do. I notice at my sons Sandra uses a product during cleaning that leaves a great aroma in the home. If that is something that could be used at our place that would be terrific.
