Love your staff

I like the consistency of the staff at Merry Maids and like that I have had Leticia coming to my house for 10 years. She does an excellent job. The office staff also is also very responsive every time I call.I always highly recommend their services.

Smelled good and all the rooms were cleaned really well

First off, I thought the Merry Maids team did an exceptional job cleaning my home. I felt that they were very detailed and my house smelled and looked very clean when they were finished. When they arrived (on-time) I went over all the chores I wanted them to do, and they followed directions perfectly. I was really pleased with the job they did! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I like the reliability but would prefer less strong smelling products. I provide Lysol products.

My concerns about products used around my little dog are listened to and respected. Everything is very shiny and sparkly when the ladies finish. I wish I could afford to have them out every two weeks. Don't hesitate to book a cleaning. I used Merry Maids in the Chicago suburbs for years and now here in Littleton Colorado. They're the best and most reliable.

The service was very good; we'd like to use different products.

When I arrived home I could not smell any strong chemicals which I think is great. The first crew did not do a good job so MM immediately sent out a crew that did a great job. So they really stand behind their product.

Norma and Irma always do an excellent job. They are very thorough and are willing to accommodate requests when I have something that needs to be done.

The ladies were wonderful. When they were not sure of something, "they asked". Those are ladies that care about what they do and the people they are cleaning for. To me it was their way of saying, "we care"! And to me that says it all.

Staff is on time, professional and does a great job. In addition they are always making sure that they are cleaning everything to your specifications.

It smelled and looked fresh and clean; when I came back the ladies were just finishing up. I appreciated being encouraged to go have a look around at what they'd accomplished. They clearly took pride in their work!
