Great communication between all levels, management to the caregivers in the field. Always available to address concerns. Never shy about complementing you for a job well done. As much info as possible is provided for your clients and no cold calls.

I love my clients very much. I love that I make a positive impact with them daily. I started out 1 day a week but now My schedule is full M-Fr with the hours I want.
