Well so far the consistency of work, the pay is somewhat fair and higher than other agencies. They offer benefits and bonuses I was told so thats great too!

I like the texts/emails sent to our phones for positions to fill.
Sometimes, I wish you had a few more fill-ins not permanent for extra cash for caregivers that work a job already. It's nice to make extra cash for special occasions.
