I like how flexible the shifts or scheduling is I also like the training events. Its always good to get a refresher of education and support with different situations we might experience.

Managements focus seems to benefit care providers and those needing care. I am impressed there are continued trainings. Having graduated from nurses training by 1970, I am aware of techniques which are no longer used, yet may be more or as effective as those used today
