I can not speak for all the locations but my boss interacts with the clients and the caregiver both Bill and Ted and if we are having any problems they will try their best to resolve it my bosses are a joy to work for
Whenever you are assigned a client, you are not thrown out to the wolves, we have the constant support of our employer . We can call him while one the job with any questions concerns day or night and we will get a response helpful advice bor even if it's emotional support. Ted and Bill always listen with an open mind and allow us to vent when we need to. I personally feel I can be very frank with my opinion recommendation concern or questions without fear of jeperdizing my job.
Ted and Bill also shows genuine interest if we experience personal crisis by checking up on us as well as offering assistance wherever they can. Good company to be employed by.
