We really appreciate the reinforcement of all of the necessary math concepts that are reviewed that align with the Common Core. It helps us keep our student on track at school. I think having the prizes helps keep the kids motivated and working towards a goal.
Although most times the lessons are productive and extremely useful, sometimes I do wish that the teachers could help our student stay focused and on tasks during challenging sessions.

My daughter was in the 7th grade and struggling in math. My husband drove past Mathnasium on his way to work and mentioned it to me. I made an appointment for her to be evaluated and have not looked back since. They identified all of the areas where she needed help and set up a plan to get her back on track and ready for high school. She used to shy away from anything math-related and now she's confident in her skills and able to actively participate in class. Good instructors. A little expensive but helped my daughter tremendously over the summer ro not only avoided the summer slide, but got her from below grade average to above the next year.
