I wish every company I had to deal with was like Mary Maids!
I had to clean out and deep clean the residence of a relative who fell ill, to get it into salable condition, a Herculean job. I’m not from the area, and didn’t know where to start. Jessica gave me great suggestions for vendors to help with other parts of the huge project, and her team did a fabulous job deep cleaning the place. She told me it would look like new, and it did!
Throughout, she was cheerful and lovely to deal with, as was the team she sent in to do the difficult, dirty work.
I cannot recommend Mary Maids highly enough.

The products seem to do the job. And the key point of making your service outstanding is the personality, nature, appearance, and efficiency of the one who is doing the work.
I have had only two cleanings and have had one(same) person both times. She follows directions and works very quickly and efficiently. My previous help took four hours to do what she does in two. She is friendly, thoughtful, and respectful of my personal items. She can make polite conversation without wasting time. As you can tell, I am very pleased, and hope to have the same person each time. Your records will show her name and I would mention it if you thought it necessary.
