I ordered a deep clean and paid over 400.00 for 2 workers to come in. I wasn’t satisfied with what was provided. A lot was missed. Dust in corners, surfaces not clean etc.

Rooms smell fresh and clean, everything is addressed in a timely manner

The products do not have a heavy scent and they make everything look shiny and clean. They are also earth friendly and not harmful to the environment which for me is a big plus.
The Merry maids follow-up to make sure their clients are satisfied with the service. If one is not satisfied they want to know why in order to correct any situation.

Paula & crew from Branford do a great job cleaning our home. They do a great job on our hardwood floors and stone countertops, and always tidy up the pillows and blankets. It is so nice to come to a clean and tidy home after they come.

I don't know what products were used . It was very easy to work with the women that answered the phone. My only minor concern was the time of arrival of the two women . Once I made a call, I was put on the list to be next, I believe. The women arrived, worked hard, and the house was cleaned well.
