After a family emergency that took me out of town several times in a couple months, I did not have time to clean even when I was home. Since I live with two barbarians (which is what I affectionally call my husband and 16 yo son), the house was not in good shape. I turned to Merry Maids to get the house back in liveable condition.

When I opened the door to them, they did not act as though I should be embarrassed, which was a great beginning. The women who came were professional, pleasant, and hardworking. My son's room had just been cleaned (dusted and vacuumed) before they came, and still they went in to clean - they made it look amazing! I cannot remember my house ever looking so good.

When the two hours were up, they were almost done with the tasks they were on, and they stayed another 10 minutes to finish!!! As they were leaving, while I was thanking one of the women, the other was carrying supplies out to their car. She stopped and cleaned the storm door window!

The workers who came to my home went above and beyond! I am so grateful!!!

A dedicated office staff in providing a "we aim to please" experience for their client's requests. Immediately available 'on call' for the client, if ever necessary, while the work was being performed.

The two employees were very thorough in their tasks (took no shortcuts) and demonstrated a sound work ethic. All my specific cleaning requests were completed. Once their work was finished, they asked me to inspect each room to guarantee my approval of the cleaning done.
