I love the staff at the office. They are very caring and considerate. They work with you and make sure that you have a schedule that fits you and they try to make sure the caregivers will be a good match to the clients. When I talk bout my job, whoever Im talking to knows that I love my job and its the best job ive ever had.

I like that they are appricitive of their employees and insure that the caregiver and clients are a good fit so that the client is getting the best care possible and so the employee has a positive and enjoyable work experience.

I like the Office staff...and the variety of assignments that are offered...good quality client's who respond positively to quality care...I love the ongoing training offered!
Flexibility is invaluable because I work around other commitments. I also find it favorable that employees step up to
cover assignments at short notice reflecting that the caregivers are a team working together.
There have been no surprises once I get to a clients home. Senior helpers (SH) keeps their word. I feel supported by SH. Superior intake system, clear information and you do not sacrifice your caregivers.

The owner is very involved with the company. She has an open door policy. We also have a really good supervisor. If you ever have a problem or question you know you can go and discuss anything with them. They will take the time to look into it for you.
