Flexibility

I love being able to be with our clients at their homes. I've been to nursing hones and the residents there are much different because they are not in a familiar environment. It makes the job much easier. You also get to see their likes and dislikes by being at their homes.

Love working for senior helpers. They are fair with their scheduling and seem to match u with the right people. Office personal are great too.

Starting with the personnel, everybody is so pleasant and willing to work with your schedule. I like the variety of clients, locations, length of shifts.
