Each time we gonna go to a new client , the schedulers and the nurse give us all the informations regarding the client ' s condition; his or her needs and also the client 's family, etc. They never want us to go to a client without all kind of explanation to avoid us troubles. I m so happy about that.
They treated clients with respect and the caregivers as well..
