Pay is good for what entire heath care industry pays. I would like to see earned paid time off for part time caregivers depending on amount of employee hours worked per week.

The rates per hour are fair though not very good but something to keep one able to some how manage her bills.
The supervisors are good listeners and quick to respond to a need.Most of the clients assigned to by senior helpers are good people except for a few and thus makes working with senior helpers comfortable.
