I like the bond I develop with my clients under my care as a caregiver. The SH owner’s vision for the company is optimizing its full potential (technology and cultivating community) to best serve its clientele in hiring and training staff and caregivers - not just one time training but periodically as well.

what i like about senior helpers is, they have a flexible schedule, they make sure the homes we visit/work in are clean and up to par, very helpful on any kind of resources us employees needs/wants. overall, a company that actually cares and provides for their employees.
