I like how flexible the hours are, and also how helpful the management team is. They do a lot of work in the back that we are not always aware of, so I appreciate and love this Job for that.

I’m meeting so many wonderfully amazing people. I’m learning a lot. I like that I can work as many hours as I want. I can choose where I want to work as far as distance from home.

Flexible schedule, including opportunity to pick-up additional shifts when it is convenient and works with my schedule. I also like that my questions are responded to in a timely manner. I like that the Owners offer additional compensation when caregivers pick-up last minute shifts and bonus earnings.

The people that work there are all great. They are very understanding of busy schedules and working around your schedule you get to pick and choose your shifts for however long or short you need them to work into your life. I love working with the seniors and getting to know them and hearing their stories, that's why I like Senior Helpers

The ability to make your own hours, pick who you want to work for, have understanding staff who works with you. Last but not least, the ability to make someone’s life easier and enjoy doing it.
