I like everything about Senior Helpers but especially the staff. I was referred by one of their employees after moving to a brand new town and from the interview, I knew I was in good hands. They work equally with me as a caregiver as they do the clients who hire us to make sure everyone is satisfied. They REALLY listened to what I was looking for coming back to work after a few years break from the field and I feel I work with them instead of for them. I love the clients I have the pleasure of working with as much as I love the company and that makes a huge difference in job satisfaction and morale.
