The staff is very caring and understanding.
I love the fact that we are allowed to have a "relationship" with the clients and their families. The other company I work for (for 15 years) insists all communication go through the care coordinators and discourages you from sharing any personal information or building a friendship. Almost an impossible request when caring for people.
