From the first meeting you were welcomed as part of the team. They also invested time for a thorough day-long orientation. Very professional in that for the first client visit, a staff member introduces the caregiver to the client.

What I have come to respect and count on with senior helpers is the high level of support they deliver, excellent communication.

Friendly and helpful

I like that it feels very personal and friendly—I could text me supervisor if I needed anything / if I had a question and she always got back to me and was super kind and helpful. It can be a stressful line of work but when you are supported by your employers it makes a big difference for the stressful aspects and means you can focus on giving the best care possible.

Another thing I liked was how they do a really good job matching you with the client. So my needs and the clients needs for scheduling, care, etc were taken into account when we were matched and we ended up being a great match. I loved working with Janet and having summer hours that really fit my schedule!
