Straightforward communication with the care managers and schedulers, I like the care manager is there to introduce you to clients initially. Pay is above standard, staff is all most than pleasant thus far.

I like the fact that the owner of the local franchise lives close to my home. He personally has met with me a few times to help me through some paperwork. Very nice family man and a hard worker. All the employees that I have spoken with over the phone are very helpful. They make sure that their employees are educated and up on all the new local laws were taking care of their clients. They also pay their employees a decent salary for their hard work. I do enjoy working for the company.
