What I personally like about SH is they care for their employees just as much and as well as the consumers. They are a very caring/supporting company. When/if I start a new case for SH they call and ask questions, which a lot of companies don’t do and I actually like that. It let’s me know that they care about their employees and consumers. John is wonderful and a “hands on”boss. Lorie and Jonda are amazing and very helpful, they are great and try to give you cases that are flexible with your availability.
