What I like about senior helpers is that I’m able to spend time with the elders and do activities if they like doing stuff like that, I like that most of them have served for our country and so I’m able to hear stories about the past, I like being able to help them and just give them company when they need/want it .

The flexibility and my clients really make my job easy, they are kind and compassionate. I love that I have shifts broken up instead of working a straight 8 hours. I wish I could get more hours throughout the week and maybe a raise but other than that this job is amazing!

I like being able to make my own schedule. And I love helping people. And of course I need the extra income. And I think you might keep more workers happier if you would start paying milage to and from and in-between that would cover some Wear and tair on the vehicle. And I know from my Clients that they all want to have as much as possible the same Care giver daily
